What Happens If You Stop Smoking - Fact Sheet

My intentions for posts on smoking is not to scare smokers but just to show them in what ways they are beaten by the non-smokers. Hope I am right...

Smoking can hook you because cigarettes contain nicotine which is highly addictive. But being hooked is not an excuse why you cannot quit smoking. Smoking has been proven by several researches to be great threat to one's health that is why there is no reason why one who is already hooked to it should not quit smoking.

Everyone should look on the internet for electronic
cigarettes to see how massive this industry is, and how large the range is for these excellent invention is.
What really annoys me, though, are the growing number of stories in the major press saying
how awful they are. Apparently the big drugs
companies - the manufacturers of smoking cessation aids are putting their money behind
an anti vaping movement - less so the ciggy companies (as
you might suspect) - as they tobacco companies are starting to secretly manufacture them.
I can FEEL the health gains of electronic cigarettes.

Just arguing - that there is always some hidden agenda with these b*stards trying
to stop e cigs ... the politicians could do a lot more to help.
